Data privacy laws and regulations are still in their developmental stage within the United States.  Accordingly, this Privacy Policy is intended to ensure compliance with the various data protection laws and regulations when using the Services, if applicable; however, to the extent any law or regulation differs from the terms set forth herein, Aardwolf will comply with the jurisdictional requirements of that variant state if applicable.  This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Services and all other websites, pages, features, or content owned or controlled by Aardwolf if applicable law so requires. 

Information Collected by Aardwolf

Aardwolf collects limited personally identifiable information (“PII”) and only uses such PII to perform the Services or for other internal business purposes.  Aardwolf does not share or sell PII with third parties, other than its subsidiaries, affiliates, and contractors when necessary for performance of the Services.

How Aardwolf Uses Your Information

Aardwolf does not sell PII.  Subject to applicable law, Aardwolf uses your information for internal business purposes such as: Performing contractual obligations between you and Aardwolf, internal security, contacting you regarding the Services, investigate and/or enforce any violation of the Terms or applicable law, and comply with legal requirements.  Aardwolf only retains PII as long as necessary to provide the Services or to comply with legal obligations or for legitimate lawful business purposes.  

Who Aardwolf Shares Information with

Subject to applicable law, we share PII with our subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers, and contractors who help us provide the Services.  Such service providers enter into agreements with Aardwolf to protect the confidentiality and security of data, including PII.  You may direct Aardwolf to share your information with anyone you so choose.  Aardwolf will not otherwise share or sell any PII and will not disclose PII to any governmental agency, absent compliance with appropriate legal process.  Aardwolf may also utilize PII to enforce Aardwolf’s Terms or to protect the rights of Aardwolf, its affiliates and employees, and the public.  Aardwolf abides by any legally binding specific requests regarding the sharing, storing, or deletion of PII unless the same interferes with a legitimate business right of Aardwolf.

How Aardwolf Protects your Information

Aardwolf utilizes physical, technical, and administrative measures to prevent unauthorized access to the Services and relevant data, including PII.  Nonetheless, protection of your passwords and login credentials are your responsibility, and Aardwolf disclaims any and all responsibility for breach of the Services or PII via your failure to protect your own information.

Any revisions or updates to these Privacy Policies will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the Services is to be considered consent to any revisions or updates to these Privacy Policies.
